REMEDIATION

This video shows remedial excavation inside of a garage in Middletown, New Jersey.

After removing the concrete floor, helical piles were installed to prevent structural failure. The contamination reached a depth of 20 feet and was excavated by ramping down a small excavator (Komatsu PC35) below grade.

At the completion of the remediation the area was backfilled and a new concrete floor poured.
